Erban Development wins 2017 HIA Custom Built Home Award

The team at Erban Development are thrilled to announce its recent achievements at the recent 2017 HIA Perth Housing Awards night!

Our recently completed custom home in the Perth Hills won the following:

Winner – Custom Built Home $375K – $450K

Finalist – Custom Built Home of the Year

This Architect designed family home with open plan & outdoor living is set on rural property in Perth’s Hills. It incorporates solar passive design with the latest construction materials and finishes including earth walls for thermal mass heating, insulated concrete walls (ICFs), structural insulated roof panels (SIPs), polished concrete slabs and bench tops,. This home will achieve a minimum 6.5 star energy rating despite the extensive use of glazing to the complete northern elevation which overlooks the clients property.
